    Yes, we provide a local honey-based Mayan selection of amenities.
  • IS THERE A RESTAURANT IN NAATS AMIGOS TULUM?
    No, we do not have our own restaurant, but you can book a private chef or do groceries for our guests
  • WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN TULUM, OVER MY DATES?

  • WHERE IS THE NEAREST RESTAURANT?
    Naats Amigos Tulum is just right around the corner, from the famous Sea Food restaurants "El Camello" and "Los Aguachiles"
  • HOW DO I GET AROUND TULUM?
    There are several options for you Car rental for several reasons : 1 – To optimize your travel time and be more free during the day. 2 – Comfort 3 – It will be cheaper than always taking a taxi every day to move 4 people. Example : calculate 8-15 US$ each way for a taxi to go inside Tulum. A car rental costs between 80 US$ (vehicle for 6 with luggage) per day… if you divide it by 4 (friends maybe), it becomes cheap because of the comfort and freedom you will have. Taxi : Cost of taxi depends on the traffic and the pickup hour. It can range from 15 US$ (during the day in the low season) to 40 US$ (at 08:00 pm in the high season) for a one-way trip. There are no transportation platforms like Uber operating in Tulum, only one cab company

    100% refund up to 14 days before expected arrival. 50% refund up to 7 days before expected arrival.

    ● Official check-in is 4:00 PM ● Official check-out is 11:00 AM
  • IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES?
    We are a smoke-free home, including the front and backyard. This includes vaping. If you smoke, leave the premises (meaning NO smoking outside the home either). We charge $500 for smoking outside and $2,000 for smoking inside + all restoration, cleaning, and remediation costs.
  • WILL I NEED MONEY ONCE AT NAATS AMIGOS TULUM?
    Cash is preferred (US$ or Pesos) for all incidentals (ie: extra spa services, gratuity, etc) and transportation costs. There are ATMs in town should you need additional cash once you arrive. Cash is much more readily accepted in the area.
  • ARE THERE SHOPPING AREAS NEAR NAATS AMIGOS TULUM?
    Tulum Pueblo has a great nightlife. Even an afterlife Music Festival in January. Tulum has amazing shops on the beach, with many high-end boutiques and local designers. There are plenty of shops on the beach road for you to discover and treat yourself.
  • ARE THE ROOM RATES AND SERVICE PRICES FIXED?
    Our room rates and service prices are subject to change. We aim to offer competitive pricing and will inform our guests of any changes as soon as possible. For the most up-to-date pricing information, please visit our website or contact our reservation team.
  • CAN I BOOK ROOMS TO HOST MY OWN RETREAT?
    Yes, you can book our rooms to host your own retreat. We offer flexible options to accommodate your group's needs, whether you're planning a retreat or simply need a venue for your event.
  • ARE THERE SAFES IN THE ROOMS?
    Yes, every room has a computer-sized safe in their room which is recommended to use for valuables. We are not responsible for valuables. DO not bring valuables like expensive jewellery, watches, diamond earrings, or anything of that nature to Tulum.
  • DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE ALCOHOL AND FOOD?
    Yes we allow outside alcohol or food.We ask you not to leave food in your room that is not sealed, as it can attract the local wildlife.
  • DO YOU HAVE COMPUTERS FOR GUESTS TO USE?
    No, we do not have any computers on site for guests to use.
  • WILL I HAVE CELL SERVICE AT THE BEACH?
    Although it depends upon your carrier, it is usually best to check directly with your provider prior to arrival. The connection is not always the best from the beach, but you should be able to find a connection somewhere on the property.
  • DO I NEED A SPECIAL CONVERTER FOR MY ELECTRONICS?
    All outlets are standard US wattage.
  • ARE PETS ALLOWED?
    While we love our furry friends, we regret to inform you that pets are not permitted at our hotel to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
  • ARE TIPS INCLUDED?
    Gratuity has not been included and is at your discretion. If you feel the staff merits a little extra, that is up to you, and at your discretion.
  • IS THERE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?
    No, we do not offer these services as the local laundry services have a manana attitude which may result in your clothes not being ready when it is time to go home.
  • DO YOU HAVE A HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE?
    We do have housekeeping service every second day to keep your room fresh and beautiful.
  • IS THERE AN ENGLISH-SPEAKING DOCTOR AVAILABLE ON-SITE TO MAKE HOUSE CALLS AT THE BEACH?
    There is a reliable English-speaking doctor who can make house calls for a charge of $180 if anyone should require medical assistance.
  • HOW FAR IS NAATS AMIGOS TULUM FROM THE BEACH/DOWNTOWN?
    We are just 15-minute drive from the beautiful beaches and just 10 minutes from downtown.
  • CAN I USE US DOLLARS? ARE THERE ANY ATMS?
    Most restaurants and stores will take US dollars. You will not get the best exchange rate. Most places will NOT take Credit Cards. Cash is best and there are several ATMs located in Tulum by international banks. We do not recommend using the smaller ATMs not associated with an official bank.
  • WHERE WILL I BE ABLE TO FIND THE DRIVER?
    You will find the driver as you exit and he will hold a sign saying Naats Amigos Tulum. If you have any problems locating your driver you can also email us at hello@naatshoteltulum.com. Most flights come into terminal 3, with the exception of domestic flights. If you come out of Terminal 2, just head straight out, but if you come to 3, you can migrate towards the little restaurant, Margaritaville, as you walk out towards the right to find him easier.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNET ACCESS?
    Yes, you’ll be able to stay connected with fast Wi-Fi
  • DO YOU HAVE REFRIGERATORS IN THE ROOMS?
    Yes. We have refrigerators in every room.
  • IS THERE A GROCERY STORE NEARBY?
    There is a large market and pharmacy just next door and a grocery store a 10 minute drive from the hotel.
  • DO YOU HAVE ELECTRICITY 24/7?
    Normally, yes. However, being we are off the grid, there are times when we may lose power for just a few moments.
  • WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
    Yes. If you do not have a valid passport please speak with your airline carrier in advance or contact the Embassy for additional info.
  • DO YOU HAVE A GYM?
    we do not have a gym.

  • DO I HAVE TO BE A PART OF A RETREAT TO STAY AT NAATS AMIGOS TULUM?
    No, you do not have to be part of a retreat to book accommodations with us. You can book our rooms for a relaxing stay without participating in any retreat activities.
  • DO YOU HAVE AIR CONDITIONERS IN THE ROOM?
    All the rooms have Airconditioning.
  • CAN WE BOOK SPA TREATMENTS?
    Yes. You can pre-book additional massages and/or facials when you book your room or a retreat. Additional messages, facials, or reflexology will be $95 per hour. You can upgrade one of the included massages in your retreat package to a Mayan Healing session for $55. 12 hours’ notice is required on all spa service cancellations, including, but not limited to: massages and facials. Any spa service canceled or postponed with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to the following conditions: ● Included massages – if forfeited, may be rescheduled with a $30 per service rescheduling fee. ● Pre-booked services are subject to a $30 per service cancellation fee. ● Pre-booked and prepaid massages will be subject to a $30 per service cancellation fee. The prepaid balance, minus the $30 per service cancellation fee, can only be used towards the following incidentals: alcohol, additional spa services, There are no reimbursements for pre-booked and prepaid massages. Our spa therapists turn down other work and travel far to reach us, so we appreciate your understanding of the situation. We have to pay them a $30 service cancellation fee to cover their loss of business and time.
  • HOW DO I PAY FOR EXTRAS?
    For services provided by the hotel we do charge card online, the official company name is Bunker Property Services LLC
  • DO YOU CHARGE TAX?
    Yes, all charges incurred at the hotel are subject to 16% and all individual bills must be settled at check out.
  • DOES NAATS AMIGO TULUM OFFER PRIVATE TRANSFERS TO/FROM AIRPORT OR TRAIN STATIONS ?
    Once you book your stay with us, send us a message saying, “I would like you to organize my transportation.” You chat with us using the online Whatsapp chat. We can arrange Cancun to Tulum ground transportation for you, through a reliable and comfortable service that we have been using for some time now. Transportation to or from Tulum to Cancun airport costs $195 each way, We do our best to coordinate guests to share when possible We will do our best to match you up with anyone else arriving/ departing simultaneously to share the ride and cost. If you have prepaid your transportation and wind up sharing, you will have a credit for the difference upon arrival. If you have not paid in advance, you must bring cash to pay for the service upon arrival at reception. ● Private Car: US $195 If sharing, the prices break as follows: ● Ground Transportation 2 people – $100 per person ● Ground Transportation 3 people – $80 per person ● Ground Transportation 4 people – $65 per person ● Ground Transportation 5 people – $55 per person ● Ground Transportation 6 – 8 people – $45 per person It takes about 80 minutes to get from the airport to your home at Naats Amigos Tulum, and from the Tulum Airport, it takes about 45 minutes. At present, there is an airport tax for drivers, which makes the cost the same as in Cancun. However, the airport has less hustle and bustle, a more scenic ride, and, most importantly, fewer lines. An additional charge of US$20/each is for all pick-ups from the Cancun hotel zone. Pick-ups from Playa del Carmen are subject to the same rates listed above. We will do our best to coordinate multiple passengers for all arrivals. However, we can not always be 100% certain you will share due to varying arrival times and flight delays, even if we have it scheduled that way. If you have not prepaid, we ask that you pay for transportation in cash upon arrival at Naats Amigos Tulum and look for the “Naats Amigos Tulum” sign after you exit the customs terminal. We use safe, reliable car services that have been working with us for over 10 years.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS?
    Yes, we provide you with beach towels, however, we encourage you to keep your beach towel for a few days, to help us remain environmentally friendly.
